Please do not book a reservation that does not match your party size. We cannot reduce your reservation afterward.

Before booking, we kindly ask that you review our information about dietary restrictions.

D I E T A R Y R E S T R I C T I O N S
Due to the nature of a fixed menu with many courses, it can be difficult for our team to accommodate particular dietary restrictions.

We can certainly meet requests such as vegetarian or pescatarian with advance notice, but there are some specific ingredients we cannot completely exclude:

  • Soybeans or soy products (Please note that our soy sauce contains trace amounts of wheat.

  • Sugar, salt, vinegar

  • Cooked off alcohol (We can exclude raw alcohol with enough lead time.)

  • Alliums, mushrooms, seaweed in the form of stock or sauces (We can remove solid pieces.)

  • Mushrooms or alliums on vegetarian menus

  • Gluten

  • Chili peppers (There are small amounts in many of our preparations, but they don’t necessarily result in spiciness.)

If you have very severe allergies or a combination of several different restrictions, please email us to confirm whether we're able to safely modify your menu.

We can only hold the table for up to 15 minutes. After that, we cannot accommodate the reservation.

Our intention is to provide our guests an intimate dining experience born of rigorous culinary techniques and attentive service. Therefore, no-shows and last minutes cancellations have a notable impact on our ability to serve our guests to our standards. Therefore, all purchases are final and nonrefundable.

Due to San Diego County Health Dept. standards and restrictions, no animals are allowed inside the restaurant at any time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
